Welcome to JobBidBee. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JobBidBee platform
("Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use
the Platform.
JobBidBee is owned and operated by Social Impact Marketing Ltd,
registered at 19 St Brides Road, Wick, Cowbridge, CF71 7QB, United Kingdom.
The Platform connects clients primarily located in the United States with
bidders primarily located in the Philippines who provide services remotely.

1. Role of JobBidBee
- JobBidBee provides an online marketplace that enables clients and bidders to connect.
- JobBidBee does not employ bidders and is not a party to contracts between clients and bidders.
- JobBidBee does not guarantee the quality, completion, or outcome of any job.
- The Platform facilitates project management, communication, and payment processing between
parties.
2. Account Registration
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Posting Jobs and Bidding
For Clients
- Clients may post jobs with descriptions, budgets, deadlines, and requirements.
- Clients may review bids and select a bidder at their discretion.
- Clients must provide accurate job information.
For Bidders
- Bidders located in the Philippines may submit proposals and bid amounts.
- Bidders must only submit bids for work they are capable of completing.
- Bids become binding only after a client accepts the bid through the Platform.
4. Payments and Milestones

Projects on the Platform follow a two-milestone structure.

Milestone 1: Represents the initial stage of the project.

Milestone 2: Represents the completion stage of the project.

Clients must fund the project through the Platform at the start of the job.

Funds may be held temporarily by JobBidBee or its payment partners until milestone conditions
are satisfied.

Payouts to bidders are released only after the second milestone has been completed and
approved.

Payments may involve cross-border transfers between clients in the United States and bidders in
the Philippines.
5. Platform Fees
- A 20% service fee is deducted from bidder payouts
upon successful completion of the job.
- Subscription plans may be offered to bidders for additional bidding privileges.
- Optional promotional features may be offered to clients for job visibility.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Posting illegal, fraudulent, or harmful job listings.
- Attempting to bypass the Platform's payment system.
- Engaging in harassment, abuse, or discriminatory conduct.
- Sharing of contact information within the platform.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Bidders may request a dispute review through the Platform.
- JobBidBee may review information submitted by both parties.
- Additional documentation may be requested during the review.
- JobBidBee may issue a resolution decision based on available information.
- Dispute decisions made by JobBidBee are final and binding on the parties.
- JobBidBee is not a court, arbitration body, or legal authority.

If a dispute is resolved in favor of the client, the disputed bid amount will not be paid out to the bidder.
Instead, the amount will be credited to the client’s wallet on the Platform and may be applied toward a future listing or project.

If a dispute is resolved in favor of the bidder, the bidder will receive the amount awarded to them under the dispute decision,
less any applicable Platform service fees unless otherwise stated by JobBidBee.
8. Termination
JobBidBee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in
harmful or fraudulent activity.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobBidBee shall not be liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
